Julio,

Instead of commenting the line out you can change it, so this is the original

and this is my suggestion:

30=> array ( 'perm'=> 22, 'name'=> $strAllIncidents, 'url'=>"{$CONFIG['application_webpath']}incidents.php?user=all&queue=1&type=support"),


This will mean that only users with Admin permission (22) can access this link.
