Postby macguru » Tue Dec 16, 2008 4:52 pm

Hi!

Creating incident always triggers error in templates.php

Warning [2]substr_compare(): The start position cannot exceed initial string length in /home/andrei/public_html/sit/htdocs/templates.php @ line 294>

As result, only bogus content outline above e-mailed to the client.
Additional Information this have happened after I have edited cc field in e-mail template notice. Reverting back this field to empty did not help

PS. I have submitted bug report in mantis

Hi Andrei,

Can you try this with 3.41 now that it is released?

I think the problem you reported was the same as one that was already fixed, but if you could try 3.41 to make sure that would be great.

Thanks,

Ivan
