problem with html special chars

Hi , i have the same problem in 3.45 version but hear the customer open the incident on queue apears this:



this on incident window :



and the mail that costumer receive apears this :




In phpmyadmin the tables are like this :





I install the unstable version and this problem does not occur , anyone have idea to fix it???

Sorry I must have missed this one.

I think you'd be best waiting for v3.50 on this one. We've made many related changes that eventually fixed this, but I couldn't put my figure on which bit of code fixed it, so it would be hard to backport.

Well I will waiting for v3.50 , and hope that released soon , because all the bugs and problem that i have now are fixed on v3.50 only thing that i cant do is ldap connection but this is not so important now (but extremely useful for me).

By the way you have any idea of the date of next release???

Sorry, we haven't settled on a date yet. "When it's ready" it's probably the best I can give. You can always see how much work is left to do before a release by visiting the Roadmap page in Mantis, which is updated constantly.
