Message when adding incident

Postby sancho78rus » Wed Aug 26, 2009 8:24 pm

"This incident will be logged against the customers CONTRACT. Are you sure you want to continue?"
What does it means?
How to turn off this message?

Hi,

The message is really just an extra note to make it clear that the incident is being logged against a contract, it's also possible to log an incident against a site (using Incident pools) so the message is make sure the right option is used. Now that you have raised this we discussed it and think that it may be a good idea to offer an option to turn this message off in future. I've logged this as Bug 907.

Thanks,

Ivan
