Hi all,
I'm new to this great product called SiT! and was wondering if it's possible / how to get more out of the reporting so that it shows things like priority of the incident, how long it took for the various service level targets e.g from the time the incident was opened to the initial response, etc. I'm on about a 'custom' report perhaps
I've also looked at the 'Query by Example' feature but can't seem to get much out of it either
Also, I realise that the priority can be set only when adding an incident as a User (e.g Admin) and NOT as a site contact via the portal. The priority on incidents raised on the portal seems to be only changed only if reprioritizing.Is this normal or is am I doing something wrong?
