Postby tiv » Mon Mar 14, 2011 1:29 pm

Hello! I installed SIT on WS2008R2 with IIS7.

All work fine, but when I try to add contact have ERROR 500 (this mean that something in PHP), but can't view any additional info.

Please help!

Hi,

It sounds like you might be missing a required PHP extension, check the Install_Requirements page of the installation guide to make sure you have everything you need. You should also be able to look in your PHP log file (which might be your webserver log file, depending on your configuration) to see more information about the error 500.

If that doesn't help, try enabling debugging and enable SiT's own debug log file (see Debug_Logging) which might help you find out more information about the problem. Post back here if you need more help.

Hi Ivan,

In my php\ext dir I only find the following extensions:
* MySQL - php_mysql.dll
* PCRE - not found
* Session - not found
* Zlib - not found
* IMAP -php_imap.dll
* mbstring - php_mbstring.dll
* LDAP - php_ldap.dll

Can you tell where I can find another ones?

Thanks!

if you've installed PHP from the exe file, some features aren't installed.
but on windows it's the easiest way to install php (using the exe).

after you've installed the exe package, you can download the zip package from php.net it has all the modules, which you just need to extract and copy the required modules. You'll need to edit php.ini to add these modules (usually it's just to remove the comment sign).

Another alternative is to get and install either of the Wamp/xampp packages (there might be more of same kind but I don't remember other names now).

cheers

Thanks all, this problem is resolved.

By the way it seems that PHP for Windows already contain Session libraries...
