Add a new service to a contract
To create a new service record, click Add Service on a Contract page.

If the Contract that this service is for has a Service Level that is Timed the following additional options are shown:
- Billing - Per Unit or Per Incident
- Customer Ref
- Customer Ref Date
- Credit Amount - The amount to add to the Available Balance
- Unit Rate or Incident Rate
- Free of Charge - Use this to indicate that the credit amount is provided to the customer gratis (i.e. a Freebie). A credit amount is still required.
