Bulk Modify

The Bulk Modify feature allows an administrator to change the email address and name for an External Engineer to whom you have already escalated multiple incidents.

• External Email (to change) - Select an existing external engineer email address from the list
• External Engineers Name - Enter a new name
• External Email - Enter a new email address

All incidents that were escalated to the existing external engineer will be modified with the new details.
