About the plugin
This plugin allows you to specify a list of "software" which you want the user to be able to change easily from the incident pop window. The reason for this is especially if you use the " Auto create with tags plugin and you force create the incidents to a default skill(See Configuration of auto create with tags). You can then let the user choose the correct skill easily.
Installation
- Go to svn here:Download.
- Save the files to your /plugins folder.
- The structure should be:
/yourSiTdirectory/plugins/change_skill.php
- Install the plugin in SiT, go to : SiT | Control Panel | Configuration
- Locate Load Plugins in the bottom of the screen, and add change_skill to the comma separated list.
Configuration
- In your SiT installation go to : SiT | Control Panel | Plugins | Change_skill.
- Set the id's of the skills (software) for which you want to allow the plugin to show.
- To get the software id, go to the Database in the table software.
