About the Dashlet
This Dashlet is a rework of the existing dashlet "watch_incidents" which allows the following:
- Radio buttons to select the type of queue.
- "All" = All the cases for the chosen engineer
- "Active" = All cases with status active in the table incidents
- "Waiting" = All cases with status "Awaiting customer", "Awaiting support" and "Awaiting Colleague
- "On hand" = All cases that are considered to be on the hand of the Support team - Not on the customer side
- Dropdown to select the column to order by.
- Dropdown to select the order (Ascending or Descending).
New in version 3.x
- Split "Active" incidents into 2 categories (With response without response)
- "Active" incidents without response have a bar graph showing SLA expired (See Dashboard my incidents)
- Possibility to use "plugin_unread_incidents" to show when an incident has not been viewed (See Plugin unread incidents)

Optional Dashlet expansion
The dashlet's functionality can be expanded to show Read / Unread status. To use this please install the plugin Plugin unread incidents. With this plugin, you will get an "Unread" entry to show that you have not viewed the incident yet. Once you have opened AND seen the incident for at least 10 seconds, the Status will change to "Read" and you will have only the bar displaying the time passed since it became active.
| * Additional "Unread" information and a time passed bar |
