About the Dashlet
This Dashlet is a rework of the existing dashlet "incoming", adding 2 lists to the list of incoming emails (Much the same as the page "holding_queue.php)
- List of incidents not assigned to anyone
- List of incidents that could not be re-assigned automatically
It is now also possible to click the incoming email to open the email directly without needing to go to the holding queue first

For the next release
- I am open to any suggestions from users
Installing
- Copy the file dashboard_holding_queue to your plugins folder
- Log in as admin and go to SiT! -> Control Panel -> Manage dashboard components
- Click Install
- Select dashboard_holding_queue and click Install
The Dashlet will now be available to add by the users
