About the Dashlet
This dashlet shows 2 tables in the dashlet
- No response
- Shows incidents with no response for all users
- Quick statistics
- Shows a set of handy, quick statistical informations
- Active incidents with no response
- Active incidents that have already had a response
- All active (should be the suf the above two)
- Incidents awaiting support
- Incidents awaiting Customer
- All incidents in waiting state
- Emails in the holding queue
- Al incidents 'on our hand' (Which means that are waiting for some sort of response from the Support team)
- Shows a set of handy, quick statistical informations
Installing
- Copy the file dashboard_manager to your plugins folder
- Log in as admin and go to SiT! -> Control Panel -> Manage dashboard components
- Click Install
- Select dashboard_manager and click Install
The Dashlet will now be available to add by the users
