Selected Feedback forms are pages generated and presented to the users when an incident is closed.
These pages contains questions that a Manager creates.
The questions can i.e. be something like this (but not limited to).
On a rank from 0-9 how well was your overall support experience.
Did the supporter solve the problem in a timely manner ?.
