Inventory encyclopedia plugin
The idea of this plugin was to provide functionality to SiT in terms of adding a link to the user to open a page where more info or FAQ about that product skill is summarised. The framework is still under discussion, but can eventually link up with the inventory in SiT (optionally).
e.g. A user has a new incident for a skill "Amiga supercomputer" and in the incident window he has a link to "Usefull info" like a page that may contain KB articles some links to manuals etc ..
