v3.32 Release Notes
The Support Incident Tracker developers are pleased to announce the immediate availability of v3.32. This release, which comes three months after our previous v3.31 release, is mainly a localisation/translation update but it also contains some improvements and plenty of fixes. Thanks to the hard work of our excellent team of Translators this release has at least some support for the following languages: English British (en-GB), English US (en-US), Spanish / Colombian (es-CO), Simple Chinese (zh-CN), Italian (it-IT), Lithuanian (lt-LT), Japanese (jp-JP), Spanish (es-ES), French (fr-FR), German (de-DE) and Welsh (cy-GB).
Highlights
Some of the highlights of v3.32 are listed below
Internationalisation
- More strings are internationalised
- New Spanish / Colombian (es-CO) translation
- New Spanish (es-ES) translation
- New Japanese (ja-JP) translation
- New Italian (it-IT) translation
- Updated German (de-DE) translation
- Updated French (fr-FR) translation
Localisation
- Users can now set their own local timezone
- Dates and times are displayed in the users' local timezone
Drafts
- Drafts are now saved automatically every few seconds while typing incident updates or emails. You can return to these drafts later and continue writing from where you left off
Portal
- Make the portal logging interface easier to use
- Don't show entitlement if only one contract is available
Hide old incidents
- A new config variable ##$CONFIG['hide_closed_incidents_older_than']## has been added, when set this hides old incidents from users' closed incidents queues. This is useful if you want to archive incidents after a time, for example after 6 months. Of course you can still search these incidents.
