You can see different reports for feedback forms by going to Reports | Customer Feedback
The first page shows which kinds of reports you can view, and from which period.
If you select a start date and end date, the reports are shown from this period. There are two types of dates you can choose from.
- Closed The result page shows all closed feedback forms from the chosen period
- Feedback The result page shows all feedback forms sent out from the chosen period
You can choose to show reports for
- Users This shows statistics for each individual user/engineer
- Contacts This shows the overall statistics from the contacts towards the user who views the page
- Site <<missing info>>
- Product <<missing info>>
