Using Site Support it is possible to log incidents against a Site without having a valid Contract in place. Instead an Incident Pool is configured on the site record.
An Incident Pool is a number of incidents allocated to a Site to make it possible for site contacts to log incidents without having a valid Contract in place.
To set an incident pool for a site go to Customers | Sites | Browse --> click on the chosen site --> click edit --> Adjust the incident pool
In other words, it's like buying a 10 trip bus ticket. Every time you go onboard the bus you stamp your ticket, and it counts down from 10 to 0.
