Chapter 2

Substitutes are users that take the place of a user when he/she becomes unavailable. Incidents assigned to the a user will be automatically temp-assigned to substitutes when the user set his/her status to 'Not Accepting'.

Once enough Users have defined their Skills it is possible to set up Substitutes by going to SiT! | My Details | My Substitutes
