Inventory
- ericthefish: I vote for keeping 'Inventory' and for expanding the feature to be more inventory-like
- Tomse: I vote for 'remote support catalog' (inventory is a lot of work, 100 computers pr site that needs to be typed in by hand? up for debate though)
- xerosis: I think 'Inventory' would be okay to keep but I'd like to propose 'Assets'
- Temy4: I vote for Inventory
- Nicdev007: I like 'support catalogue' too, it is more globally adaptive
Contacts
- ericthefish: I vote for keeping 'Contacts'
- Tomse: I vote for keeping 'Contacts'
- xerosis: I vote for 'clients'
- paulheaney: I vote for keeping 'Contacts'
- +3 votes from the forum poll for 'Clients'
- +1 vote from the forum poll for 'Contacts'
- +1 vote from the forum poll 'Reporters'
- Temy4: Keep Contacts, that's standart name for this catalogue
- Nicdev007: We are now all used to using 'Contacts', but I would prefer 'Customers'
Users
- ericthefish: I vote for 'Engineers' (I think)
- Tomse: I vote for 'Technicians'
- xerosis: I vote for 'Engineers'
- paulheaney: I vote for 'Engineers' (though can see uses where engineer would be wrong)
- +6 votes from the forum poll for 'Engineers'
- +3 votes from the forum poll for 'Staff'
- +2 votes from the forum poll for 'Users'
- Temy4: 'Users' - it's more understandable both for developers and IT-managers
- Nicdev007: I vote for 'Engineers' (I am one ...) Users gets confusing, as 'contacts' are also users of the portal ;)
