Incident log

The Updates log also known as the Incident log records the complete history of an Incident from the time it was opened until it is finally resolved and closed.

Any change that is made to an incident over it's lifetime and any communication that is received or sent is recorded in the updates log. Each update is logged with it's date and time and the name of the User.
