All Incidents

As well as viewing your own queue which shows just your own incidents you can view all incidents no matter who owns them by selecting Support | All Incidents from the menu. You can also view the various combined queues here by selecting, 'Action Needed', 'Waiting' or 'All Open' from the pulldown menu.

Note: In v3.45 and earlier 'All Incidents' was named 'Watch Incidents'
